A family type restaurant. Very relaxed and not usually very busy. Comfortable booths available. Different specials throughout the week. Wednesday is 1/2 slab of ribs with chicken breast. Thursday is full slab of ribs. The ribs are excellent. Chicken was tender. Meal comes with your choice of potato. If you get the baked potato, it is a meal all by itself. Service is mostly good. Become a loyalty member of Great rewards. I havent used my points yet, so cant comment on that. If you fill out mindshare survey at bottom of your receipt, you get a free entree with purchase of another entree. Have only 2 weeks to redeem though. Best ribs, not full of gristle or fat. Follow up, have redeemed my loyalty points a few times. 500 points gives $25 off. They also gave an Anniversary $25 discount. I have done the mindshare survey more than a month after the visit, it still worked.

I had the pot roast in a Yorkshire pudding bowl, Caesar salad, etc. Large portion served hot! I sat for a while without being noticed so I requested to have the gal who asked if I had been served to look after me – very good from then on. The room felt a little cool. There’s no sense of a theme – some sports screens and Muzak with a pop flavor. I should mention that I had vouchers from a cancelled flight for the hotel -I would probably not have tried it otherwise. Bottom line: hotel dining room feel.
