Yum!!! I picked up dessert here on Saturday to have for Mother’s Day. I chose the Chocolate Zen cake and the chocolate raspberry cake. The Zen cake was my favourite of the two. It was so creamy and well I’m a huge chocolate lover so this one really hit the spot. Cute little shop, will definitely be coming back for more!
I had a coconut macaroon there and it was the best one I have ever had. We split it in to fours and savoured it over the next 2 days lol. It was amazing.
Amazing. Got my wedding cake made there five years ago. Ever since this is my little heaven on earth. I get their hand crafted chocolates for hubbie every anniversary. they have baked goods that are sinful: apricots loaf, lemon raspberry cake, cherry cheesecake chocolate brownie and so much more. They are the best without any doubt in the city. Excusite and beautiful. Lovely staff and unparalleled service.
Hidden gem. This place is one of my favorites to stop by on the way home to grab a treat.
Cute neighbourhood bakery. I live about a block from this bakery so it’s always nice to drop in and grab a treat on the way back home. I don’t eat gluten so I appreciate the different options they have. I’ve bought the chocolate and plain croissants, the cherry and chocolate cheesecake, the macarons and the chocolate and vanilla coconut macaroons (the gluten containing ones for my husband). We’ve enjoyed everything but our favourites are the chocolate macaroons. Yummmmmm!!
Heavenly Cakes. Whereas Serena didn’t like her wedding cake, my experience has been the very opposite!! I have been involved in planning many events, including the celebration of birthdays, anniversaries, retirement, and yes, a wedding!!!! Chocolate Zen is my favorite bakery for special occasions.Each cake has been special in its own way, but the Wedding Cake was superb! It was a sight to behold, and so delicious. Our family and friends still rave about it!Chocolate Zen can certainly count on my repeat business.Zoey
Ridiculously Delicious Cake. Some coworkers and I shared an awesome banana chocolate cake from Chocolate Zen and agreed we should review it since it was by far the best cake any of us had ever tasted! So delicious.
