Great service and cool setting but the food is nothing special. The service was fantastic and I would give 4 starts if I could only rate that aspect. The problem is the food is nothing special. I had steak and potatoes. Which I guess is their speciality. It wasnt bad but not worth $50 for the meal which included desert and a garden salad. The steak was plain and chewy. The potato was salty. Could make a better steak at home from Superstore The server was great though. Very attentive and nice.
Went for dinner there last night in the lounge. My date is always a steak and potato guy so we ordered the steak bites for an appetizer which were well done (would have preferred med rare) dry, but still tender and very well seasoned. I ordered the escargot and a French onion soup for dinner and my date had the prime rib meal. French onion soup was horrible as this was not a soup from scratch, instead was that basic brown gravy mix. Fake and super salty and that actually makes me pretty mad as it’s my favorite kind of soup and make a killer one at home. Escargot was very good but very small. My date loved his prime rib however he gave me all of his vegetables to eat beets and broccoli which is a bit of an odd combination for a prime rib, they were good but more on the raw side than al dente. His aus jus was instead the same demi glace fake brown stuff in my soup so I was not impressed with the quality. Service was really fantastic, and I really enjoy a good glass of wine and the carpaccio appetizer, I really don’t think I’d care to come back for dinner though as there are better places to go for quality at that price point.
I had a really bad experience at this restaurant. Sabrina was the waitress and she was extremely rude with a lot of attitude. Definitely not worth investing my money or my time in here, the experience was short of what I wanted with my family. I don’t know what was going through her mind but she was saucy. Everything short of what someone in service should be. She didn’t ruin my night because I didn’t give her the power to do that however she or the restaurant wouldn’t be getting a dime from me moving forward.
