The bakery and the restaurant is compressed into one and feels like you’re eating in a cramped fast food/market. You’ll see restaurant equipment and other food stuff packages all over the place or beside your dining table which is unsanitary in my opinion. Still the same their pastries was really good especially the blueberry and banana chocolate muffin. Service was not so friendly but fast. Parking can be a challenge. I’ll be back but only take outs.

I love this place! So many great options. Im not strictly on a GF diet but tend to eat that way and CocoaBeans has so many awesome options to choose from! The baked good are fabulous. And I recently had their banana pancakes for breakfast : highly recommend! Its quite sweet so I split half banana pancakes and half a savoury breakfast dish with a friend and it was perfect.

Pretty much caters to any gluten free comfort food your craving. Also, they now serve alcohol so I can actually order a fun drink, other than just red wine. Had a PSL with coconut milk, wasn’t very sweet, which I like. Chicken fingers and fries are awesome. It is on the pricy side, and servers aren’t always that friendly, depends who it is.

Just had a great GF lunch at Cocoabeans. Fish & Chips/Chicken Fingers with lemonade. Friendly staff, quick service, clean restaurant & did I mention GF! Chicken juicy & fish was mellow. We prefer s little more spice but so nice to have a place to eat that understands GF & other allergies. Will be back again!

Excellent vegan options – both from the bakery and from the restaurant menu. Best veggie (sweet potato) burger in the city. Sorry Boon. Good ambiance and unexpectedly busy for a Saturday afternoon. The vegan Mocha cake is killer. As is the peanut butter oat bar.

I really liked the Good selection of baked goods. Vegan and gluten free. But I get a weird vibe walking in there each time, not very welcoming. They do not carry the vegan and gluten free perogies anymore like the other shop on tache had. It’s more of a restaurant now than a bake shop..

The food is so delicious! The chicken fingers & the fish and chips had fantastic flavours and everything is so fresh (herbs, dill, etc). The variety of sides is such a unique and pleasing addition to the menu ( My friend really enjoyed the fries and kept stealing mine ). I love how creative they are in terms of their food and I plan to come back here again and again. Also just a reminder – This place is a life saver! I think people often take it for granted how remarkable it is we have a dedicated allergy free restraurant in this city. There are so many risks of eating out with a severe allergy but this place always ensures it is handled. Lots of love to cocoabeans for always being there XOXO
