Paid around 15 bucks for a double cheeseburger and regular fries.Waited approximately 10 minutes for my food (which is fine, but…)My burger was served on a frozen/soggy bun and the fries were room tempFirst time eating here and it will be my last.I’m sorry but even good ol Mcdonalds will not serve you a soggy, cold half frozen bun with a side of room temp fries plus make you wait 10 minutes.Save your money and get a burger elsewhere.

Really big portions but it’s also expensive so I guess that’s why. The patties themselves are pretty basic and flavourless. The fries are pretty good and they do give you a lot. They have a ton of toppings you can add too so that’s good. They also have peanuts in the restaurant for you to have in a paper dish, which could appeal to some people, but i don’t really like the idea of eating something just sitting around in the open in a restaurant that everyone else could have stuck their hands in.

I was really disappointed when I went to Five Guys. The fries, they were okay. They do give a lot, I managed to finish half the bag before giving up. I’m not fond of thicker fries, so it really wasn’t up to my preference really. As for the burger. I ordered a double patty with bacon and cheese with most vegetable fixings. It was a messy burger, really mushy, wonder if it’s due to the amount of condiments I requested to have on the burger? The meat was … eh, it tasted bland. Even the bacon couldn’t save this burger.I really wanted to like Five Guys. A lot of people I knew raved about it. It’s just way too pricy for a mediocre burger.

Did not live up to expectations.. Went to Five Guys on a recommendation from friends. It was after the lunch rush and there was no one in the place when we arrived. Was a little taken aback by the prices but, based on the recommendations, I went ahead and ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger for $9 and change, plus fries and an expensive fountain drink. Long story short, while there was plenty of it, I found the burger meat dry and bland. For that price, I don’t expect the condiments to have to carry the day. On the plus side, the fries were good. Will not be returning.

Great tasting burger – I’ll say that. $8.49??? Pass. Burger and fries came to over $14! There are plenty of great independent fat boy/burger spots known in Winnipeg to choose from for less – I’m good with ’em.

Great Burgers. I love their burgers. Fries are mediocre. Their music that they play in the restaurant is gawd awful. I must remember to take noise cancelling headphones for our next visit.

Good as always….but why is the music so loud.. Great food… but I though I was at a club.
