Most bizarre/ dismal service ever. Horrible service today. Went down for breakfast and was promptly given a table ( but no menu/ coffee) then everything went sideways. I sat for 4 minutes without seeing anyone but could hear servers talking in the back. At this point both servers came out and started cleaning tables around me but neither one made a move to help me. This continued for another five minutes but despite my hand gestures neither server made a move to help me. At this point I got up and left, I guess there is a reason that this restaurant is full of very clean but empty tables. I complained about my service as I passed the hotel check in counter on the way back to my room and I did get an apology phone call with an explanation that the two servers misunderstood who should be serving me. Come on , both servers clearly saw that I was not being served by anyone and just did not care enough to show any initiative to serve me.Give this place a pass, I know I will.06 Feb, 2011Only if I can’t get a cab. Stayed here for two days and ate lunch and a small dinner here and I don’t think I will be eating here again if I can help it. It was not horrible but just not very good. If I do stay here again I will be taking a cab to eat elsewhere.
