Wife had the shoyu ramen, but she said she could make better from an instant package. For overpriced $12 ramen you’d expect better. The noodles were not great and the egg white topping was a bit hard. The soup wasn’t bad, but not hot enough. It would help if they could serve it in a proper bowl that held some heat.
