We decided to pop into the Garwood Grill on Sunday afternoon for lunch and the place was packed. Parking is a bit of an issue. It’s dark and dated but was very clean. We didn’t mind because we were there for the food not the dcor. I ordered the deluxe cheeseburger and the gf ordered the deluxe Denver sandwich. If you order their plater (FF and coleslaw) its now deluxe! The food was great and very low prices. I was shocked that they didn’t offer chilli on their burgers like so many other greek family restaurants in Winnipeg do. We will defiantly go back to try other menu items.
