Skip this Pembina location and choose another if you are willing to pay big bucks for pizza give your money to a store that deserves it. The pizza is excellent albeit extremely pricey but worth it in my opinion. Unfortunately the first time I had an issue the store owner/manager was rude and unaccommodating. After waiting 1.5 hours for delivery (which is not uncommon) the pizza was barely even warm upon delivery (which is uncommon). Normally even with the extraordinary wait time it still arrives hot so I called the store. The owner/manager was immediately defensive and to paraphrase he tried to make it sound as if I was lying, then he blamed the weather. He said he will give me a discount next time but didn’t request my information. He didn’t even have my name as it was never given at the time of ordering. He offered $5 off which I expressed was not adequate. He became increasingly defensive but offered to pick this pizza up and exchange for another. I declined because I was not willing to wait an additional 1.5 hours with hungry kids to feed. He said it wouldn’t take that long but given the fact his customer service was terrible up to this point I will not order from the Pembina location again. There are many other restaurants that are happy to provide quality food and service.
