Until I visited this restaurant last night, my gold standard for good Indian food was a restaurant in New York City. Not any more. The food here is so good! So flavorful and well-balanced. Even the simple little salad with cucumbers, tomatoes and onions… so addictive! Mango lassi was so smooth, and the perfect balance of sweet and tart. I had the chicken tikka masala. Wasn’t expecting much because it’s tikka masala. Everybody does it a little differently. It was delicious! So much flavor! The garlic naan was great too. The service was also great. Our waiter was very helpful when we were trying to decide what to get. Also, we went close to closing time and we didn’t feel rushed at all. Definitely going back there before our vacation in Winnipeg ends.
