****CASH TIPS ONLY****Service was excellent but the food was suck!!I only tips as CASH!!! Only cash can goes to the server!!I went there couple months ago for lunch with no people in the restaurant. The quality of the food were so bad. Things getting smaller, presentation getting worse. I’ve been there like 4years, I went there all the time. The only thing that they can keep is Service. I was so mad with the food and I asked the server what’s going on here? She said their manager just gone, nobody knows management there. Staff have been shortage for years but not hiring. The sushi chef made sushi very fast but no quality. I saw that when he got busy, he just make a mess, yell at the server like a slave. What a shame on ASIAN!!! I told her you can find a better job if you want, I know a lot of restaurant, I can refer you there you there if you want. She said she’s applying immigration. The gov’nt will contact the owner anytime. She need to stay anyway. What a pity? At the end of the meal I asked the server how did you share the tips to kitchen. She said they can only keep all the cash money. For the tips that paid with the card, they need to share with them 50%…. I was like what the hell is it?!?!?! I was a server before and have been working in so many restaurant. The maximum tip out in the town was 30%, that’s it…. I feel so bad for the girl. She did a perfect job but need to share the huge amount with the poor quality of food and a guy with bad personality… End up I gave her $20cash tips and nothing in the card… Whoever read this, please pay cash tips. You can pay your bill with card without tips in the terminal. Add on CASH after. It will be a big help for the girl. ****CASH TIPS ONLY****
This restaurant is going downhill….. no matter the food or services.I was there on last Saturday and they are not busy during that time, I was ordering 2 rolls have been waiting for 30 mins. Our drink just came out after we ate the food. The girl keep apologize for that with terrible English. I totally understand YOU ARE ON TRAINING and you don’t have to tell me so many times. I understand that it’s take time for serving skills and the knowledge of menu. But it is so hard for a customer to be patient hear 100 times for apologize and explain what we exactly want for our menu 100 times. The food is suck . The presentation for the food is gross. it is not worth to spend 50 bucks in this restaurant. I feel sorry for my comment but I am very disappointed and never coming back
