The Kara Age Chicken was absolutely dissapointing. Kara Age Chicken is supposed to be coated in potato scratch and deep fried into an ultra crispy bites, which you can taste the crispy outer layer of the scratch as well as the tender inner layer of the chicken bites. However, based on the order, I could only taste a thick layer of tasteless scratch, and the chicken was almost like did not exist. It was definitely nothing as what I expected.
Was craving some sushi so I thought Id try a different place today on skip the dishes, came across this place, ordered veggie tempura and it was suppose to come with 2 tempura shrimp, it didnt, I got 1, 4 pieces of salmon sashimi, which was thick and an order of tempura calamari….well it was so hard to bite into I thought I was going to break a tooth, the calamari was dried to the bones inside, horrible, I didnt even eat it. I also asked for extra wasabi and soya sauce, they gave me 5 little packs and that was it. I regret trying this place 27$ down the drain.
