There are certain events in our lifetime that qualify as bona fide miracles: the 1980 USA Olympic men’s hockey team upsetting the mighty Russians to take the gold medal; the Berlin wall coming down in the 80’s, thereby uniting East and West Germany. Another miracle that comes to mind is how this restaurant stays in business. Honestly, it’s an utter and complete gong show how the staff operates here. Out of the three times I’ve been here to pick up food, they have either mistaken my order or forgotten about it all together. Not once during these unfortunate incidents did I hear the word ”sorry”. I guess it goes with the territory when you observe the demeanor of the serving personnel. They definitely give the impression that they would rather be anywhere else but in that establishment. The last time I ordered, they had forgotten about my pizza and said that it would only take 5 minutes to make. Well it tasted like it was made in 5 minutes. It was completely watery and paper thin and all the toppings fell right off of the piece as soon as I picked it up. Hell would have to freeze over before I return to this place.I have a message for the owners: close up your restaurant and don’t re-open until you have Gordon Ramsay come up from the States and critique the sh_t out of you and what you purport to be a dining establishment.

Came here for my best friend’s birthday today. We were seated, and mingled around for a bit. The service was alright at first, they always came to fill our water and asked if everything was ok. The bread that was served to us was freshly baked, and was totally delicious and was literally my favourite part of the entire dining experience. The waitresses then started taking orders for appetizers, which took 20 mins to come to the table, and then before those had even come to our table, started asking for our dinner orders, which was quite weird. The calamari was meh, had a grainy texture to the breading, but the flavour was good. We waited for an hour and a half for our food to come, which was ridiculous, and when we tried to get a waitress to ask why our food was taking so long, they would make eye contact with our part of the restaurant, and ignore us completely… Once the food came, it didn’t even have a wow factor to it, which was really disappointing because I was expecting something more since we had to wait for so long. I had the lemon chicken with pasta substituted with pesto sauce. The olive oil from the pesto literally was a puddle and surrounded my entire plate, and the chicken wasn’t too appealing to look at it either. My brother had also gotten the meat lasagna, where the meat was completely dry, the tomato sauce was subpar, and the pasta sheets were crusty and hard at the edges. Once the main waitress came back to ask for our bills, her voice sounded like she was just fed up with our group and wanted us to leave. Also took about 20 mins for her to even bring our bills as well. One time dining experience, don’t think I will be coming back any time soon.

Came here with high hopes. We were the only ones seated and service was terrible. Took about 30-35 mins to get our food and we really didn’t get anything complicated or difficult to make. The server never came around to refill water or give us our bill. The food was below average. The tomato sauce was watery and tasted like it came from a can.

Monticchio mussels are the stuff dreams are made of. As is the pasta pescatore. Never had a bad meal here and the service is top notch. I love everything about this restaurant.

Nice place, we got seated and ordered, the food took over 40 minutes too arrive which is ridiculous! The food was just okay nothing special, tomato sauce was watery definitely not worth the wait

The place was quite nice. The food was very good but when you tend to keep eating it you get that feeling of fullness too quickly. This is just my opinion and what has happened to me. I also found that the dressing in their house salad didn’t work too well with my tummy so I had to stop eating it after a few bites. But overall I enjoyed the rest of the meal. Chicken was very tender and flavorful. Calamari was the best I’ve had for a while.
