I don’t think this is a placewhere you caneat or dine. This placeis more of an organic convenience store where you can buy fresh andprepared to go foods. I’ve been here and seen the place, though they have a small and tight counter but not necessarily for dine in.
I love all of the food and baking they serve up here but unfortunately I have decided to stop going there because the customer service is that bad. I don’t think I have ever been smiled at by anyone who works there. They all seem to be miserable and no one has much of a sense of humor – work on your customer service guys! New staff please. Was in there not too long ago and saw that they did hire two new staff members. Thank God. They look clean and are polite. Other people working there mainly the girls are so unclean and rude. A change needs to be made. They would have way more business from my family members and I.05 Apr, 2013Appalled. This place is so rude to customers. I worry about hygiene when they prepare the food there. Don’t go. If you want organic food. Go to eat it on Wall Street. Seriously awful place. Not returning, neither is my boyfriend or sister.
Ohh my god. Where do I start. Extremely rude staff, and unappreciated. Not even going to start on the hygiene or appearances!! Don’t know how that place even gets business since my dog wouldn’t even touch that gross looking food. MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT – as overcharging is a reoccurring issue there. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU LIKE FRESH JUICES 75% foam 25% juice for $8 something?! Go Jets Go
Not my first choice. Price. I don’t care about (hipster) vibe, I care about food, and the price I pay for it. Ignorance. If you are not overexcited about the hipster movement, music, events, etc, then there is nothing to talk about with you, it means – pay and leave. They sell some nice things, but most of the food looks pretty unwelcoming to eat, and staff could tidy up their appearances, I worry about hygiene, not about thei cool looks.I am not regular there, I just happen to drop in to buy some odd things.
Hands down the rudest staff around. If Vegans had more choice this place would be closed! Food is just barely ok.
