OMG! The Wild Mushroom Ravioli was out-of-this-world! 1st time EVER I’ve had an entre’ that completely satisfied my mushroom gravings! I will order this again & again. Raspberry Fruit Tart delicious as usual. Warm Apple Cobbler was refrigerator-cold & sauce was missing? For my personal taste I would have liked a pinch of cinnamon/all spice for a bit of a kick. Impressed with biodegradable/recyclable containers. This was a delivery so can’t speak to in restaurant service? Placed another order & had the Key Lime Pie. Hav been looking for a great one for some time. This one is FANTASTIC! Maple syrup in the cream cheese icing on the carrot cake is genius!

Breakfast is good, but my favourite is lunch! So many great options for lunch – try the west African peanut soup, the prairie salad or any of the sandwiches. They also serve the best carrot cake in WINNIPEG, with cream cheese icing! Everything is made from scratch 🙂

We go here as often as we can. Definitely love the mushroom ravioli and the peanut soup. And the bison burgers and salads. Really, the whole menu is wonderful and always had something to suit your needs. Did I mention the tourtiere? Delicious on a chilly day. Oh and half priced wine on Thursdays! They even offer to cork it for you if you cant finish it in a single sitting.

both my fiancee and I are vegetarian and we found so many options to choose from which is refreshing as usually all we can order is a veggie burger. The food was above value for our money and tasted delicious, the plating was very detailed too. For dessert I had the key lime pie and he had the carrot cake, both were so good and I was happy to see a vegan dessert too that wasn’t sorbet.

First Sunday breakfast visit and we were impressed with the prompt and friendly service. While the breakfast menu is limited (wisely), we had no difficulty choosing what to have. Our server was pleasant and quick. Making substitutions (no English muffin under the eggs benny; fruit in place of hashbrowns) was no hassle at all. Eggs were cooked great and plates were generous. It was a treat to not have to wait for a table on Sunday and yet receive good quality meal and great service. We will be back!

Excellent gluten free options and took care in regards to allergies which was greatly appreciated. The food is delicious especially the peanut soup! They have such creative smoothies too! Really lovely and I love the atmosphere XOXO

They had live music while we ate, it was a little loud at times. Good music, really good bison burger. When there’s no music playing it’s such a cozy and nice environment, even with it playing just quiet. Will go again. Had a friendly waitress.
