Don’t order the ‘fresh’ fruit at Sals. The fruit is the farthest thing from fresh. This is three times now either myself or someone im dining with has received MOLDY strawberries in their fruit cup. DISGUSTING!! Our waiter offered to get a new fruit cup but since this wasnt the first time it had happened we didnt want a new one since theyre probably all moldy. not our waiters fault, he doesnt cook the food. if Sals wants to advertise FRESH fruit then they should be servig FRESH fruit.
I really like Sals, and we come to this location often. We were here yesterday, Feb the 22nd around 1:30 or 2 for lunch. The food was great, but the service… he didn’t take a single dirty dish away. When he brought drink refills, the empty glasses were left behind. We each ordered the wafer pie to finish with, and didn’t receive any sort of fork or spoon to eat it with. We then waited quite a while to get the check with my partner trying multiple times to get his attention, I was up and on my way to the cashier area and that seemed to do the trick because suddenly there he was with the check. It wasn’t even busy, that’s what upset me the most I think. There was no apparent reason why we should have had such poor service. I think I’ll try the Sals Xpress on Main next time.

3 STRIKES! We kept trying to come back but the service is so bad it’s not worth it. We live in the area and it’s very unfortunate. We have been forgotten about at this location several times Today was the last straw The hostess took our name and wrote it down. It was a short wait. People walked in after us and were seated. We walked out and advised the manager (who has forgotten us before) that this was the last time we would be there. She followed us out yelling that our name was not on the list but that was not true as I saw the hostess write it down. We will travel to another Sals to get the food we like but never to the one 2 minutes from home again.
Good. Decent.. My husband and I go about once a month, for about a year now. We usually go early mornings, when there’s more seniors than families. Never have any problems with ordering or service. The younger servers, though, are not too happy to be working though. Food comes fresh and in an adequate time. No problems here.
The service is horrific. Don’t understand why management allows the flag ship restaurant to have indifferent mean spirited servers
Definitely not coming back. There were 4 of us and all of us hated our food.Staff was rude. I noticed some of the older staff being rude to the youngest one. It was disturbing to watch.
