This place has a big line up during lunch hours but service was very fast and friendly at reasonable price. The chicken shawarma was tasty and warm and the crunchy pita chips was good. The owner/manager is nice to dealt with.
Probably the most tasty option in the Portage Place food court and awesome through Skip the Dishes too! Delicious Chicken Shawarma with all the fixens including delicious garlic sauce, apple/beet salad, fresh veggies, pickles, etc. and excellent customer service. Love the Falafel salad too – superbly tasty and fresh. Staff are friendly and the manager takes pride in his business. One criticism: theres a bit of disorganization because theres no line starts here indication, so when it gets busy it can be hard for folks to figure out how to line up and approach the counter, whose next isnt clear, etc.
