1 hour and 35 minutes later I received my wings. My friend didn’t receive his until 15 minutes later because he stepped outside prior for a few minutes when I ordered my 12 wings. We ordered hot and BBQ. No flavor in either. It was dry and more like powdered seasoning. It was the waitress I was having problems with. I asked for water, she turned her head away and pretended to clean a table afar. If anyone gets her as a waitress, I recommend ask for a different one. The one I had, can’t remember her name but she’s a short blonde curly haired one. A bit on the heavier side.18 Feb, 2015Been here 45 minutes and not full at the lounge. Waiting for 12 wings each for myself and my friend. Went to play at the slots, 30 minutes later I’m waiting. Been 1 hour and 15 minutes still waiting. Next review will be made once the wings are here.
Service is too slow. We’ve waited for almost 30 minutes before our food served. Food is ok.
Horrible service. I went there on wings nite (bad choice cuz its quite busy). Sat in patio and there were 6 of us. Our waitress did not acknowledge us for 30 min, serving people who came in after us. Had to request for service. Did not apologize and was rude. Still didnt take our orders. Spoke to manager and she defended the waitress. We took off and left!
Very slow service, food subpar
Came for a quick wing fix, waited an hour for 12 wings. Not good service at all
Good beer on tap and good wings. Food other than that isnt good.
