We had a great time here. The staff was helpful and friendly. The ambience was perfect for a date night. It also seemed to be very family friendly as I saw a little girl eating ice cream and drinking from a flashing cup. She also looked like she was having fun. The Rolls were probably the the best Ive tried so far. Nice and tight and flavorful. As well as appropriate portions. We ordered 83. Swimming Prawn Roll 5P59. Spicy Tuna Maki 6P72. Super California 8P74. Dynamite Roll 8P39. Octopus 93-3. Mango Tango Roll 5PWe loved every bite. Unfortunately picks were taken half way through eating. We tried the house specialty beverages. One was a beer with beer slush in it which my husband loved as well as a vodka fruit beverage which I also enjoyed. If this wasnt a great enough experience on our way to pay the waitress helped me pick out an adorable set of minion chopsticks to take home for my son. The only negative thing I have to say is the tables are just a smidge close together. Other than that AMAZING!! I would go back in a heartbeat. Im getting hungry just thinking about it.
My favourite sushi place! Ive never had a bad experience eating here or taking out. The staff are all very friendly and the service is prompt.
Absolute favourite. Love running over for lunch breaks. They are so great at ensuring our meals are prepped quickly and have everything we need. Eating in is also an enjoyable experience too!
the sushi here is amazing! its my favorite place to go. i haven’t had anything better on the west coast or east coast of Canada. (I lived in Vancouver for a year and tried multiple places. the East coast only has a few sushi restaurants) Ive tried many places in winnipeg and this place is consistently great. although the sushi rolls are a bit smaller the flavour combinations are lovely and everything is fresh.
This is hands-down the best sushi for miles. Squeaky clean restaurant with polite and friendly service. Actual Japanese owner, too, I think. The sushi chefs work like a machine and you’re never left waiting for long.
The service at this restaurant was really good. The owner bows when you enter and after you order from the menu. This place reminds me a lot of sushi cushi by polopark. Except that the roles here are a lot smaller and isn’t as good. Although the menu does have decent prices, I would rather go somewhere else for sushi. Over all it was ok.
Always have a great experience here. The staff are great, they get to know your order, they are very accommodating to any allergies you may have and have a great selection of gluten free. I would definitely suggest this restaurant.
