Great little place. Best bibimbap in town. We drive across the city for it. The owners are friendly and courteous- sushi is delicious! They bring complementary fruit to end off the meal- nice treat!
The sushi here is some of the best in Winnipeg. They are always extremely friendly and dine-in meals come with complementary spring rolls and apple slices.
Decent hidden place. I would say the sushi and food is decent, service was good, but the time it takes to get your food is a little long. Do not come hungry or you might get hangry! The complimentary spring rolls before your meal was nice, and ending your meal with complimentary apple slices was very nice. Little family owned business that I support.
Sushi Terrace is a cute little sushi joint with Korean specialties right in the heart of Westwood. I had come in 2 or 3 years ago with a group of friends for lunch and it was very good, so when I was craving sushi this weekend and it came up on Skip The Dishes, I decided to order myself a couple of rolls for lunch. I chose the crunch roll (crabmeat, roe and tempura crumbs) and the spicy salmon roll (salmon, cucumber, Sriracha). They even threw in 2 free spring rolls and a side of Thai sauce for me! That really impressed me, along with the quality of the rolls. Very good and not lacking on the meat and toppings. They also gave me more ginger than most places do.I opted to go pick up my order instead of having it delivered, because it’s right in my neighborhood. Despite it being a Saturday afternoon, the restaurant was empty. Maybe I’ll come back and dine in soon as I like supporting businesses in the area and the food was very good.
Delicious sushi, best in Winnipeg and I’ve been to tons of places and the family who own it are so nice! They always throw in a few complimentary egg rolls. Love love love Sushi Terrace!
Cute little family run place. Owners were very friendly, and prompt with service. Wait time was good.We ordered a few rolls, the split yam/shrimp tempura basket and the Korean bbq short ribs. No complaints at all, sushi was decent, the rolls aren’t overly huge(pet peeve of mine),they are perfect size without a tonne of rice. They also gave us complimentary spring rolls, along with apple slices for desert which was a nice touch. We will definitely revisit!
