Horrible delivery service, child size portions.. Ordered delivery cause I had a coupon, phoned and made my order and was told without even asking that if it’s not there in 50 mins it’s free. about an hour went by since my order was placed and the delivery person phoned, said she couldn’t find the place on google maps. We told her that we were promised the food in 50 mins and that we should get it for free. She said no we don’t and tried making us pay and saying that it was not her fault she couldn’t find the building (that has a clear number on the front of the building exactly on the street that was provided). We had to phone Swiss Chalet to talk to someone to get them to tell her that our food was free because she was late. When she finally gave us the food she grabbed it held it out to me and left without a word.When we opened the bag and saw what we almost paid $27 for we were so happy we didn’t. We ordered two 1/4 chicken dinners and 2 drinks with one gravy. The chicken pieces were tiny, although the skin tasted good, (I could have bought twice the size piece from Safeway for $3) and the fake mashed potatoes and tiniest soggy piece of garlic bread I’ve ever seen served to me that we got with it was far from a meal. If we went in the restaurant and were served what we were the plate would have been half empty. I was disappointed with the food without even having to pay for it. I couldn’t imagine how mad I’d be if I had paid that outrageous amount for such poor quality and small portioned food.Would never eat at this location again, and definitely not order delivery.

Something wrong with this location. Sorry to say that I don’t like this particular location of Swiss Chalet. I love Swiss Chalet normally. The few times I’ve come here the especially small portion of chicken has been dried out and the restaurant has been freezing. Won’t be back – at least not anytime soon. I will, however, make the occasional trip to the Kenaston location.
No Thanks. Didn’t like it…portion okay…prices not okay…they charge the same as a full service sit down Swiss Chalet. Plastic plates, paper drink cups. Sadly disappointed
Small portions. Family dinner for $35 only feeds 2 or 3.
