There for lunch on a Friday. Surprisingly only 2 other tables were occupied? Buffet was excellent and some of the dishes had a nice kick. Based on my experience, I’m shocked the place wasn’t packed?

Honestly the food was as good as anywhere else. But the prices are pretty high. And our Naan and my friends coffee never came. And the atmosphere was pretty meh too. I would go somewhere else.

Went for around 6 pm.Nice interior, apparently seats 100. Cutlery at the table was a fork and spoon, had to ask for a knife. Tandoori chicken seemed like it had been sitting for a while. Was it from yesterday? Two servers were working and just a handful of customers. Butten chicken, like so many other restaurants, was swimming in sauce. For the first time ever, the basmati rice was served directly out of a rice cooker. Normally, you would get it in a heated metal pan.Wished they had noticed my water glass was empty so that I didn’t have to ask for more water.I would go back to try some of the items that I missed from the buffet and hopefully, the tandoori chicken will be fresher.

I have been to the new location4 or 5 times, great service, friendly staff, nice buffet with lots of selections. I like the butter chicken it is delish! Today I got a Tali platter to go andI am eating while typing this review, the platter included two sides (vegetable corma and saag paneer), rice, naan bread, a main dish I chose butter chicken and dessert for $13 it was more than worth it, plenty of foodand the taste is great. Try it for yourself

I ordered three orders of biryani (deluxe, lamb)from the location on Grant and was deeply disappointed. The meat portions were minimal and the serving was basically rice. A total ripoff. The masala dosa was of acceptable quality, but more expensive than competitors. I would recommend going to Clay Oven instead of Tandoor House. Will not return.

The process of getting my order over the phone and getting my food was great…just wish the food was good and worth it. Paid $30 for Two Naans and 6 pieces of chicken and one shush kebab that was so dry and seemed like it was from lunch. Picked up my food around 7pm. Always passed by this place wanting to try it but I think I’ll just stick with Clay Oven or East India Company from now on.

Went for the lunch buffet. A lot of food was stale (look, I don’t like food waste either, but maybe if you served fresh food it would all get eaten), and pretty bland relative to most of the Indian places I’ve been.Service was slow to get us our naan and our water and I think they overcharged us, but was in too much of a rush to be sure. The chickpea curry and some of the veggie dishes were not bad, but overall it was not worth it.
