Came here for lunch with co-workers during the Christmas lull. It was still quite busy and I think the second floor was actually hosting a large Christmas party. Despite that, the service was super quick and the waitress very attentive.I often come with my wife before Jets games because appetizers are on special before the start of the game. It’s only a stones throw from the MTS center so it’s a great place to go before the game. They have plenty of cold beers on tap and make a very nice Caesar that they put in a boot! In terms of food quality, I would say it’s above average for a bar, but will definitely not wow you. They have a special going on pretty much every weeknight so that’s nice.Been coming here for over a year now and will continue to make it my go to during Jet’s night.
4 of us went for lunch at 12 and didn’t wait for a table at all. I had the rocky mountain club, 2 guys had the rice bowl special, and the last guy had three chicken tacos. Everyone was pleased with the food, server was a little inattentive but she was really busy so understandable.Would deff go back
I love their Honey Sriracha wings! They had a pretty huge serving for nachos as well! The service was really good and the servers are friendly though it was a bit busy when we came here. Would definitely come back!
Food decent. Wings are good. A lot of flavours Service inconsistent. Sometimes we get food quickly other times way too long wait. Overall this place is a good pub atmosphere.
When this place is just the pub setting, I quite enjoy it. I do find the atmosphere odd on the weekends, as the upstairs tries to act like more of a club with a DJ, yet they still have sports playing on the TV’s. Drinks are pricey, but they have some decent daily special’s. I enjoyed the tacos, and the combo platters are huge!
I’ve been here a few times for lunch, likely wouldn’t return. Service is hit and miss and the food is mediocre. Tried the sliders which were ok as were the chicken fingers but nothing to write home about. The guacamole club wrap was in naan bread that I had to ask for a steak knife to cut because it was so tough. Lots of better placed to choose for lunch.
A popular downtown pub – can be quite busy during lunch, and impossibly so during events at MTS Centre. My Wednesday favourite: a group of five of us, the wing special (40 choices at a great price) and the table keg (also a Wednesday special). On other days, I’d recommend a team platter for three. Other items are a bit more expensive for my liking – but I am frugal! Setting is nice, but gets loud due when busy. – it is a pub after all. Service has been quite good to slow at times.
