  Customer Service. Called my order in at 415, the worker said my order would be ready at 515. Arrived to pick up my order and they claim that I didn’t place an order. I gave them my number. She accused me of calling the other wok house! I said I called this place. She goes to the back and finds my order! Now she says it’ll be at least an extra 30 more mins or so. I said no thanks and walked out! Very poor customer service!

  Worst Chinese food I have ever had!. I don’t often order in Chinese food, but when I do, I order from the Wok House on Portage Ave. and enjoy it. Especially the dry ginger beef which was my favourite.Ordered from an old menus I had here, and was expecting the prices to have increased a little. A little? Try $2 and $3 per dish! Then to add insult to injury the food was disgusting! The ‘Spicy Ginger Beef’ was neither spicy, nor ginger, one can only hope it was beef! The batter that used to be crunchy, sweet and gingery was wet and sloppy, grey in colour and completely tasteless!I ended up throwing all the dishes into a big pot, adding my own ingredients and spices and turned it into soup. What a total waste of money. I will never order from there again!

  Best Chinese food in wpg. Yes its somewhat a dump. Now that kenny is gone the new owners focus in on the food, eat there once a week, never but the best. Extremely friendly, and there blond waitress is beyond sexy
