CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BEYOND…VERY GLUTEN FRIENDLY…My wife and I had lunch at Zorba’s and our experience made our day. My wife mentioned she was Celiac, the woman taking our order recommended the Greek Salad (my wife had wanted the Chicken Greek Salad, but we were informed the chicken marinade contained a small amount of soya sauce). I ordered the Lasagna with Caesar Salad. When calling back our order to the cook, the woman that took our order mentioned to the kitchen that my wife was Celiac. When it came time to make our order, the kitchen stopped preparing orders and wiped down the prep area, and used a clean bowl from the back to prepare my wife’s Greek Salad. Not only did we enjoy our meals, but to my wife that has such a difficult time feeling comfortable ordering out, it meant the world…Thank you Zorba’s for making our visit to the Forks so amazing…
