We had the spring rolls, asian noodles and basil pork. The rolls were good, not excellent but satisfying. The basil pork was very delicious! Tons of flavor and nice spice! I found it however a little too salty. The asian noodles were a little disappointing. From the photo on the truck we assumed there would be a mixture of vegetables and possibly meat with the noodles but really.. It was just a huge chuck of noodles. There was pretty much nothing in there but the noodle, luckily we had the pork dish to share! That being said, we are encouraged to try more dishes at this food truck as we’ve heard great things about other items, and we were very happy with the basil pork!

A new customer. Today my husband and I looked on line as to where the Bangkok food truck today would be. They were on Main street and we got there at 1:00 pm Monday July 7th. for the first time. I was so excited to try them out. Had heard good things. My husband and I are frequently out trying new places and like to eat out a few times a week. There was one customer in front of us. We ordered the Pad Thai with extra chicken, spring rolls and Asian Noodles. I will start with the spring rolls. They were greasy and tasted like they had been sitting. Have had same taste like this with a frozen product. Next the Pad Thai came with a thick thick very sweet sauce, one piece of green onion that I could see, if there was any egg it was not distinguishable in the meal. I might have counted 5 pieces of bean sprouts. I paid $3 for extra chicken. I counted 6 maybe 7 small pieces of chicken. (I think I ate one before the count). It was very dry inside with no taste. What would I have had without the extra chicken. The noodles were cooked to two different textures. Some were al Dante others over cooked making a pasty mess. The noodles just stuck together with a plop of this mixture sitting on top of them. The nuts sat over top of this. I guess my other complaint is that they stuffed this into a small box the size of 5×4.5 inches. The Asian noodles were tasty but very dry, not crisp, just dry. There was supposed to be some sweet pork sausage & red bell peppers. With out exaggerating there was 4 pieces the size of your baby finger nail and maybe 6 pieces of sweet sausage that were so small and thin, I could not tell what it was suppose to be till I reread the menu. The service was way to fast to state that the food was cooked fresh. The price was fine till I tasted the food. I can get much better tasting food at a nice restaurant with tables and service for a little more money. I will not return. It was not busy so there was no reason for the mess that we had served to us. The food did not sit. We were just a few cars away from the truck so we got into it right away. I was disappointed and will not return and certainly no recommendations from us.
