Tried the Thai Curry Chicken, Cashew Nut Beef, and Wonton Soup, all of which were extremely tasty and well-prepared. The wontons were hand-made and much better than any other I tasted. Decor and atmosphere were serene and very welcoming. Would definitely love to come back again!

Enjoyed it. Tried Saigon thai for the first time on Sunday after Vien Dong was closed due to a power cut. I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed it but not enought to take me from Vien Dong. Both my friend and I had the Imperial Roll to start off with and it was ok, however nowhere near as good as its local competitor. I had the wonton soup as a main and really enjoyed it, the wontons were really good and loved the big shrimp. I think I would go back and I enjoyed it although not as much as the other place.
Favorite!. The food at Saigon Thai is so good. It is my favorite restaurant in Moncton. The atmosphere is very comfortable and the servers are always sweet and attentive. I like to have something different every time and with each dish, I am more impressed by the consistency of deliciousness. If I had to pick a favorite, I would say the Special Crispy Noodle but they are all good. Do yourself a favour and visit this restaurant. You will not be disappointed.
Love love love!!!. I have several favourites like Ginger Chicken, Lemon Grass Beef or Chicken, Pad Thai, Imperial rolls, etc! However just tried the Tonkinese Soup for the first time last week and IT WAS AWESOME!! Can’t wait to get back and try it again 🙂
Thumbs Up!. Saigon Thai is one of the best restaurants in Moncton. The atmosphere is lovely, the food is delicious and the service is great. Last time I went the waitress was knowledgeable about menu items and you could tell she loved the food herself. She was very helpful. The food was awesome and eating awesome food with a lovely atmosphere is great. Special crispy noodle is yummy. : )
LOVE IT!!!. Saigon Thai is my favorite place to eat in Moncton by far!!! Their tonkenese soup is to die for!!!!
