Juin 2014. Bonne ambiance, bonne musique et la sympathie du personnel . A ne pas manquer la seafood chowder, nous avons passer une super soire. Il y avait une sortie 3me age at avons eu une dmonstration de danse par un papy qui devait frler les 80 ans.

Best fish and chips on the go. Best fish and chips in st. john’s. maybe second to the duke, on second thought, but truly delicious. sit outside on the patio for a nice view of the characters on george street!
Local flavour. My fish and chips were average. The atmosphere in Kelly’s, courtesy the hostesses, other patrons and the artist playing traditional Newfoundland and Irish music the evening I was there were what made the visit an enjoyable experience. That, and the (local) Quidi Vidi ales – Honey Brown Ale and Eric’s Cream Ale.
Lunch fare. I had the cod fish and chips. I thought the fish tasted, well bad to put it mildly. There is nothing worse than the smell of old fish; it’s like eating a dirty sweatsock if there were a comparison to be made. It seems like a popular place for locals but the food wasn’t up to snuff.
