I went to Loong Wah with a big group of friends today for hot pot and had an amazing experience. The hot pot itself was very tasty (I particularly loved the Szechuan broth) and we were pleasantly amazed at the number of vegetarian options available. The price was incredibly reasonable for the amount of food we were given. Also, the woman who served us (the owner I think) went above and beyond for us. She was super friendly, super knowledgeable, and definitely contributed to our experience. I would go back to loong wah again

The food is AWSOME. I REALLY dont understand that negative review about this place they have the BEST Chinese food in town! and no M.S.G! i wouldnt ever eat it ne where eles! if there was a star rateing system i would rate it 5 outta 5! Dont listen to theses negative people’s Review’s Try it for yourself n see! HIGHLY recommended!
Poor service, rude and horrible food!!!!. A VERY rude man took my phone call today. I tried to place an order but he would not take my order for lemon chicken and rice. He kept saying chicken ball, I said no just lemon chicken and rice. I eventually hung up because he was rude and would say no to my order and insisting on the chicken ball. My brother inlaw wanted their Chinese food so he ordered and what a disappointment!!!!! Never going back there again, there are much better Chinese restaurants around. The food was horrible and ended up in the garbage. Stay away!!!!
Other reviewers weren’t wrong. Rude on the phone, hour long wait for takeout. I got to the restaurant and no one came to greet me. The place was completely empty, and I eventually left without my food. You should also know that they’re cash only, and the menu on their website is out of date. They no longer sell Canadian food, and prices have gone up on other items.
Much like the previous reviewer, I was very disappointed. Was hoping to find somewhere I could get Pho but no luck. No one in the restaurant and waited a couple minutes until the lady appeared. Checked out a menu but it is just largely Canadian Chinese food. She never reappeared to take an order. I also just left and will never be back.
