Great wings very flavorful, as you would expect when you have so many choices of wing toppings! I was disappointed by the boneless wings however because they were processed (like wing shaped chicken nuggets). But it’s only a minor issue since the boned wings are so amazing, just stick with the boned wings!
Not fussy. For 25 years, my friends and I have been going to various restaurants weekly for wings & beer. Been to wingn it a few times and have been basically satisfied. The last time though, all the wings were dried up with no taste, the sauces were off and the beer was flat. Worst experience there yet. Will not be running there anytime soon
The wings are decent. There’s a lot of variety (although 93 combinations of 6 things is closer to the truth) but the sides are lame. Service is average but they blast Country music non-stop.
Great menu. We liked Amelia Earhart and blue cheese with hot sauce wings best. Don’t miss the deep fried green beans and pickles. Natcho appetizer large enough for a meal. Advise all to pass on the NFOD ultra hot wings. You have to sign a waiver. They are inedible- not just hot – mainly because they are rolled in cayenne pepper.
Good food, but too crowded. The food was delicious, but I was uncomfortable and felt too crowded. I was sitting too close to the other tables and couldn’t have a convo in private or even semi-private. Felt a little clostrophobic!! but other than that it was very tasty!!
Hit and Miss. I have to say I was so happy to see a great wing place come to St.John’s. I think the idea and the menu is great. I really do like the food. The wings flavours are awesome and things like the dusted onion rings are great. I have however noticed that the last few visits have been lacking in the sercive area. The last time we dined there, on Friday, the restraunt was no where near full. We were seated by the hostess and then the waitresses walked around serving other tables, even ones seated after us. We eneded up being 15 minutes before she noticed we were waiting. When our order arrived 45 mins later our order was not correct and all the wings were cold. She brought us a basket of the wings that had been mixed up however it was 15 mins later and the rest of our table was ready to leave. We had to take it to go. The table next to us was also complaining their wings were cold and they had no utensiles to eat their fries and gravy. Another memeber at our table also had fries and again had no fork to eat with. He asked for one but it never arrived. When dining out I expect to wait for my meal and I understand when a restruant is busy it can take time to be served, but when you wait and the food is cold and the service is lacking it makes it difficult to ignore, and when all these things happen on more then one visit it makes it hard to justifiy returning.
No complaints towards the food whatsoever it’s delicious! What makes me hate going there is the service. I haven’t gone there yet where my order wasn’t screwed up somehow and I don’t really care for the amount of time they made me wait every time. Once when I was trying to pay my bill a few waitresses and a waiter were having a childish argument with each other. Was kinda awkward while I was standing there trying to pay.
