Lunch time, one services and super slow. We’ve been here an hour waiting for our meal and wait there are only three of us. There are only two other tables with diners….
No staff…. I am currently an employee at one of our locations and have been dealing with a lot of complaints of slow service or lack of service. I have had quite a few of our regular customers come up to me outside of work telling me that one waitress was on and that they had to wait a very long time even for drinks….let alone food. I have been in the customer service industry for a long time and has we all know without great service the customer will not come back. It is better to be over staffed and have to send someone home instead of understaffed and someone on call. I’m just speaking our for the many customers that have came to me trying to voice their concerns.
