Birthday disappointment My brother was in town and we went to celebrate my birthday two years ago. We went into and were seated at the bar side. There were two tables on either side of us: one filled with patrons, the other empty. My mom ordered a Pepsi, i ordered a martini and my brother ordered a beer. Any good bartender can whip those out in less than 5 minuets. Another group walked in and sat down at the table next to us. They were served their drinks before we got ours. No we did not get them: we waited over 15 minuets and no drinks. We had to walk out as we waited too long. I got home that night and called the manager. Thankfully she was a sweetie and gave me a 50 dollar gift card and apologized up and down. She must have talked to the staff because I dont think it will happen again. Any one who watches bar rescue knows what happens when people do not get service: they just walk out and never come back.

I like there burgers, I always get the new Gower street bunker burger, but don’t get the stir fry… minute rice with carrots and broccoli with a jar of sweet and sour sauce poured over it.also, I was disappointed when I went there pregnant, I asked for a vergin cocktail, and they charged me full price as if there were liquor in there.

Horrid service. I ate there on April 29th and the food was burnt, took over 20 min when they give a 15 min guarantee. I had to ask twice to get cutlery and we waited 20 min for our bill, the server never gave it to us until after the 20 min and i went and stood by the server station and waited another 5 mins.the food was over priced and bad.not worth my time and money to ever eat there again.
