Not authentic, but worse it’s not even tasty. I was really excited when I heard there was somewhere to buy Pad Thai coming to town, but every dish that I’ve tried there (2 or 3) has been disappointing. It’s not authentic in the least, which can be somewhat expected for a chain restaurant. But its not even tasty, or greasy in a good way. It’s just bad.
If you are looking for anything authentic do not eat from here. This is what you call a North American attempt at mimicking Asian cuisine. Such a shame as it will no doubt turn the curious customer away from these foods in the future when they try them here first.
