The Baked Inn is a neighborhood place: a quaint, hometown bakery & cafe blended with a sophisticated urban flair... and were happy to be located in a real neighborhood: Centreville in Nova Scotia. The story of Baked Inn Bakery and Cafe begins in 2007 when its predecessor, one of the Annapolis Valley's best artisanal bakeries & cafes, Saraj Bakery opened the doors to the wonderful world of baked creations made from ingredients that have been around for centuries: flour, water, yeast and salt, the four building blocks of bread. We ordered dinner to go and although it was fresh and tasteful, I thought it was pricey for what you get. A bowl of soup for 10 bucks? Did not come with anything. Desserts looked nice, service was great. But I will not return.
Their bread is baked on site daily and is delicious. We buy it weekly. The menu looks good so we plan on having lunch there soon. It is a small family run restarant and bakery that is very welcoming.

The mother/daughter combo here are wonderful people. The biggest problem you will have here is choosing which treat to have. The European treats are amazing!!!!
