I always find the food is very good, but the service is very slow. Unfortunately the day I went, there was another function going on at the same time which hindered the service.
Brightwood is handy to all amenities, in the heart of Dartmouth. Great spot for Golfers just wanting to unwind, Club house with Sports shop, friendly staff especially if you get to enjoy a conversation with Pat Lawyer. Very knowledgeable.

Very challenging course but not too too challenging for beginners. Quite hilly. Highly recommended. Excellent food for afterwards.
My wife and I got married at Brightwood and we could not have been happier. From the outset, everything was handled with professionalism and friendliness.All the guests raved about the evening and frankly, it couldn’t have been better.Thank you Brightwood!!!
Brightwood is a nice course but you better be ready for some serious hill climbing if you are walking the course. Club house is nice too but remember this is a private club. Guests of members are welcome to play.
