Avoid Like the Plague. If you want to be ognored by the wait staff while they spend time chatting among themselves by all means go to tht Bluenose II. If you want to sit for ten minutes just waiting or the first cup of coffee go to the Bluenose II.If you want decent service by servers who actually do something – go anyhere else.Avoid this dive like the plague.

Had breakfast here. I ordered eggs Benedict. It was ok, in that there was nothing absolutely wrong about it, but I’ve had truly memorable eggs benny elsewhere. I would feel kind of bad for Halifax if this was really the best breakfast in town, as some have claimed. Coffee was also merely average. All in all, the experience did not live up to the hype. I can’t vote dislike, but neither can I vote that I like it. 6.5/10

Return visit. Great company. Had the Nova Scotia lobster dinner and it was excellent. They serve a primary staple of the region done right. Well priced and prepared. Ambiance is like any diner. Service was a tad slow as the place was busy and understandably so. Worth a visit. 85%

Had lunch there one day and returned the next for breakfast. Great service and great food. Lunch was deep fried scallops and fries. It was a huge portion and the scallops were perfectly cooked. Breakfast was Eggs Benedict and it was cooked to perfection. I asked for medium poached and that is what I got. An all around great spot to eat.
