Went here on a Friday for lunch. The cafe was occupied. For drink, we ordered ayran, it’s a yoghurt drink with water and salt. It was refreshing. Along with the drink, we ordered couple of traditional dishes. Mandi (From Yemen, slow cooked lamb shank) and curried lamb. It was served with rice and salad. The lamb in both dishes was succulent and well-done. The rice had a milder flavor and soft. I felt lamb in both dishes didn’t have distinct taste. The meat in curried lamb didn’t have the flavor the vegetables had. Eating the meat by itself felt bland. The almond and walnut baklava was lip-smacking. Overall, its worth trying. I would go back to try their lunch specials.Food – 4 / 5 (-1 for missing flavor in the meat)Service – 4 / 5Ambience – 3.5 / 5Value for Money – 3.5 / 5
