Very tasty dry aged steaks here. All the side dishes were amazing and the side table Caesar salad was incredible. Even the bread and butter was top notch. The bar tender was very personable and shared a preview of his Christmas cocktails with us. Amazing atmosphere.

Mediocre food for a premium price by humdrum staff. I was really looking forward to this place and admittedly had high expectations. Very small portions and the steak had to be sent back. I won’t be returning. The Keg Steakhouse or Da Maurizio next door is a much better choice.
Disappointed. Went to the urban grill section of The Cut, and needless to say it was anything but special. Lets just say I left hungrier than I walked in there. I had the burger, which was so unbelievably thick that it was unenjoyable, fries were just ok, customer service was good. 6/10 at best for food.
Amazing!. Great staff, great selection and a great meal! Our server Jamie was so knowledgable and attentive. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a date night location (steakhouse). Better then The Keg and really not much more expensive. Oh, and by far the best Cesar Salad I have ever had – and made right at your table.
Lame. Well we were served by what seemed like the teenager shift…they were ok except they have no skills in making a customer happy…..2 of my colleagues ordered the Kobe beef, which is not cheap, but we only found out how expensive it was when we got the bill. Inexperienced staff…they really should have told us the cost when we ordered, the menu just said ‘market’ pricing or some such…. We were in the bottom floor not the official upstairs though….for the price they should have some skills.Overpriced, you can get better at the Keg.
Excellent!. Top quality steaks… Perfect sides, wine, martinis, truffle cheddar cheese. Service awesome. Claire is one of the most beautiful servers in the world! You will spend a lot of money here – but worth it.
