Seven days a week, our chefs are cooking Rubys refined versions of homestyle foods, dishes like tender fried-chicken, succulent ribs, mouth-watering steaks, gourmet mac and cheese, and fresh-baked cornbread and biscuits, to name just a few of our specialties. Our gorgeous bar is built around a massive bank vault that has stood at the centre of this historic 1920s building since it was first constructed; a part of our heritagejust like the food we serve.
