Winter and chill is on its way and if you want a good bowl of pho, star anise is a good place to find yourself in. With a bunch of different options to suit your needs the warm bowl of soup and noodles is a favourite of mine. Their other food is pretty good too i have heard but I have never tried anything else!
I had their pho on a dreary weekday evening. The soup base was very flavourful. It had a nice balance of noodles to protein. The portion size is on the smaller end. I must, it was rather unusual to get bean sprouts, basil and lime wedge all in the soup when it arrived! The seating was quite spacious.
