BEST PLACE EVER!. This is the best sushi place i have ever tried in either the HRM or Ontario. The rolls are warm and melt in your mouth that makes the experience like no other. Everywhere else the rolls are cold and just taste like crap in comparison. BEST PLACE HANDS DOWN! mmmmmmm
Very good food and excellent service. Make a reservation if you want a table where you don’t have to remove your shoes though !
Very good, I would definitely come again. Comparable to Kinjo (in Calgary, AB). Food was fresh and fast, service was excellent, sushi was in generous portions for a reasonable price. Would recommend rainbow or caterpillar roll.
The Best. I haven’t bee here in a year or two due to moving away but when I lived close enough this was the place of choice. The owners are amazing and kind and the food is amazing. My mouth waters when I think of the sweet potatoe tempura roll. The atmosphere is very nice and calming.The owners went above and beyond on more than 1 occasion. My fiance and I befriended them and I made a reservation for my fiance’s birthday. We showed up and had the usual great meal, then at the end they came out with a cake for him while singing happy birthday, and to top it off they didn’t charge us for the cake. Another time we were waiting for a booth to open up as they were quite busy and the owners’ father kept slipping us samples of things he was making that weren’t on the menu, again at no charge. I really miss this place and I think about the owners from time to time wondering how things are going. We will be back!
I have tried Sushi from numerous places in Halifax and have even worked for one of the best Sushi restaurants in halifax and nothing compares to Suzuki Sushi. Hands down the best sushi in Halifax. If you have never tried here, you must. Fresh, warm, delicious sushi. It will warm your insides it is so good:)
First visit on friend’s recommendation. The food was wonderful and well priced. The salad dressing was great with the hint of ginger The nori was fresh and the tuna was excellent. The server was pleasant with smiles. Only compliant I would have was the green tea being over priced and still tasting of tap. Would return. 80%
