Amazing. This is the best sushi I’ve ever eaten. It’s a hidden gem; quite literally as its front entrance requires you to walk down a narrow passage off the side walk. It’s the standard to which all sushi is compared to.
Variety + quality + freshness. Suzuki blows my Saskatchewan, Alberta and yes, even BC sushi experiences out of the water. We will be back for sure on our short one-week holiday. Highlights: melt-in-your-mouth scallops (both cooked and nigiri), flavorful yoga and king’s rolls, and super delicious tuna nigiri, miso soup with a very flavorful broth.
