Excellent Customer Service. I ordered from here back in December 2013 and had an issue with my meal. I called back a year and some later to finally claim the free meal they offered. Despite it being so long ago and the hassle of finding the purchase, the lady on the phone was extremely friendly and helpful. It’s rare to be met with such politeness and friendliness considering the fact that I was calling for free food. Haven’t received my meal yet but the quality of the customer service is above and beyond!
This used to be my favorite Chinese place in the city until the last several times I went, food was cold and tasteless with fatty chicken pieces. The last time the egg roll was still frozen in the centre. Will not be back.
I’ve had mixed experiences.. I’ve had very mixed experiences with this place.Sometimes it is great, tastes great, everything is great. But then.Sometimes I’ve had chicken missing from chicken fried rice, One time, I had something green that I had to spit out of my mouth in my chicken ball batters… I have no clue what it was but it tasted disgusting, I’m thinking it was a cleaning agent but again, I have no way to know… Most normal people wouldn’t go back after this but living in halifax there aren’t many choices, so I went back… haven’t had it happen since then but am scared everytime I get chicken balls…Anyway… Mixed experiences like I said.
Totally overrated! People only like the big portions! Bland and greasy!!
Good food (7/10), Ridiculous portions (15/10).I got a delivery of combo #1($8.99) and it was quite tasty. I can’t believe how much food was in the box. I’m going to be eating this for two more meals at least.The only thing I didn’t like was the egg roll. It was some brown paste which tasted bad and looked even worse. I’ll definitely be ordering again tho.
I was skeptical, especially after reading reviews. Don’t be fooled by the outdated interior! Food is delicious, everything is reasonably prices, service is fast and portions are HUGE!
I ordered once from this place and will never again, not sure why people like it, I’m guessing its because they serve large quantities yet lack the taste and quality. I mean I had the cashew chicken dish and I found a pepper with the tag still on it! Talk about cleaning ur veggies before eating it. I also ordered orange beef and seriously it was not crunchy and had pieces I couldn’t chew.
