HORRIBLE SERVICE. If I could give zero stars I would. On mothers day for a crowd of people an order was placed 2.5 hours before it was needed and upon arrival to get my order they could not find an order for us. The manager was no help they told us they were busy and that’s why our order wasn’t there, our order was for 5:00 and people with orders for 6:00 were getting orders before us(at 5:30). They did not lose our order just decided to make everyone else’s orders for later, first. The staff were incredibly rude and went to see what was going on and then couldn’t even be bothered to tell us where our order was or what was going on just walked away from us. We got no apology, no offer to have food remade, no discount no nothing. They could not even be bothered to tell us why the order wasn’t placed or made. They lost out on well over 100$ and food will never ever be made with a restaurant that we’ve been going to for over 10 years. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE .
Not a bad place. The food here is pretty delish, service was ok…it was late sunday night so I didn’t expect much, our food was delivered quickly but we had to wait around to pay which was annoying. I like the hours of this place, open until midnight on Sunday!The spring rolls and egg rolls are really good and decently priced. I also had chicken chow mein which I really enjoyed.
