  Copy and pasting my review from yelp, I was so displeased with this place I had to sign up there to post this review.This was the WORST delivery service I’ve experience so far in Halifax. I called the phone number on their website and was directed to call another phone number for the location I wanted. Why not list all the location’s phone numbers on the website? Placed the order and was told it would take about an hour, and that the delivery fee was 6$…although the website said 5. An hour and a half later we called and asked what was going on and they said it was, ‘on the way’. Half an hour later….still nothing. Finally the driver phoned me, but he was lost. He barely spoke a single word of English, although he was a pretty nice guy. Delivery drivers should familiarize themselves with locations in the area that people might order too….a military base accomodations is one of those places. They had NO idea where CFB Stadacona was when I called, and while I was waiting for my order, a boston pizza delivery guy came in and delivered someones meal right to their door with no issues at all. This was not the case for Ivory Thai, who didnt know the name of the military base 3km away from them. I tried to explain where I was to the delivery guy, but he didn’t understand me because of his lack of English, although the base can be a bit confusing. There was no discount at all taken off the order, which was surprising since it took 2 hours to arrive. When we went to eat it we discovered there were no utensils and no napkins. This was the most shocking part, I even called back to ask why they hadn’t included that and they said they only include utensils upon request. But….who would ever know to request that? It should just automatically come with it!!! We had no utensils at all and had to eat the curry with our hands. No napkins either. The food, although pretty cold, tasted pretty good. If it had arrived promptly with forks and napkins I’d be happy, but unfortunately the service was so unacceptable I can’t believe I had to pay for it. What an abomination.

  Tried this place a few weeks ago and my wife and I enjoyed the food which was generously portioned…which make the prices very reasonable. The service was prompt and courteous but lacked the polish of experience. The combo plate of apps for two was very tasty and well presented. We will return…hopefully they will reduce their menu as it is really far too large a menu for any commercial kitchen to sustain with a high degree of quality and it is overwhelming to the average patron.

  Not The Best. Very nice atmosphere and prompt,curteous service. The menu was too long and difficult to read.Food was not very good. Cashew chicken had watery broth and garlic beef was tasteless and more like Beef and broccoli. Chicken pad thai was fairly good. Overall, I would not recommend this spot to anyone looking for good thai food.

  Went here on a whim and was happy with my choice, service was great and had a good atmosphere. Food was very good as well except the cashew chicken had a lot of oranges in it which gave it a very citrusy taste. The menu could be shortened a bit as well.
