  Was very disappointed in my order. One of the dishes I ordered was scallops and broccoli…..but I had no scallops in my serving and my husband had a few slices of something that vaguely resembled slice scallops and the rest of the dish was filled with cheap vegetables. The ad on-line was very misleading pertaining to the delivery: it said, delivery on orders $25.00 or over or within 4kms- what it should of said , is, that there is a $2.00 charge for orders over $25.00. When I complained about the lack of scallops in my $14.20 order of scallops, the girl on the phone checked with the owner and he said he put 4oz. of scallops in the container (I guess they jumped out). I wasn’t allowed to speak with the owner. The woman on the phone said she could give me half off my next order of scallops & broccoli. But, I told her ‘this is my first and last order from HK Won’s Palace Rest.’ Spent $55.26 on dinner and I feel ripped off.

  Never again: The worst customer service and no flavourMy co workers and I ordered from here.6 combos in total.four #2 two #3 with added chow mainNow to be fair the egg rolls were the best I have had in HRMWe ordered pick up. They didn’t make one order. Three of the orders were wrong.When we called they wouldn’t come pick them up and we had to go back. Making four of use go hungery through our lunch break and back to work.Then they made all four orders wrong again! TWICE.Then when we wanted our money back they flat out said no.Now the food itself.Bland, grey, bland, no flavour. My chicken balls were mushy and blah. The chow main was slimy and tasteless.The Rice looked like minute rice and was boring.Worst chinese food in HRM.Deplorable, horrible and not worth the Styrofoam containers they came in.
