I visited for their all you can eat and I enjoyed it a lot! Service was fast and the options were many. Staff was really friendly as well. Their sushi was excellent and compares to the best in the city. Definitely recommend their lunch buffet special.

I ordered delivery and had a pleasant experience. The rolls were very good and flavorful. I thought the quality was exceptional. I ordered the sakura special roll and it’s probably one of my favorites now. I have not yet tried the All-you-can-eat, I know some of the bad reviews are for the buffet. From my experience with sushi restaurants, some places tone it down on the quality for that.

Been here a few times and it is consistantly poor to average. Every time we have eaten here we have received dishes we never ordered and didn’t receive the dishes we did order. Not all of the wait staff understand English which is why this happened. Too much tempura and mayo in the rolls. Quantity vs Quality.

I have been going to Mizu for the past few years and I’m surprised I haven’t written a review yet! Some of my favorites: chicken skewers, green dragon roll, mizu beef, mizu roll (creative roll using rice paper instead of nori), beef tataki (sashimi), tempura veggies and shrimp (very light batter), seaweed salad, beef short rib, andsashimiwas fresh! What I didn’t like: fried chicken (the batter was a bit on theheavy side). Service was mostly attentive and fast.Make sure to save room for dessert – their mango, green tea and red bean ice cream’s quite flavorful and rich.Overall, good place for value!

Nice place. Nice decor. Even the bathrooms are nice; good service. Sushi combinations interesting. Only thing is rolls are a bit too big; hard to eat; could be a bit smaller.

Wholly crap is this place bad. We arrived on a Thursday evening for dinner and were given the All You Can Eat menu’s and had to ask if ala carte was available. A single menu was grudgingly brought for the three of us to share. Before we had a chance to look at it a young girl came by to drop off someone else’s starters and did not understand enough English to get it when we tried to explain that they did not belong to us. After we did place our order the foods started to arrive a bit at a time and not as a meal should so you can all eat at the same time, but each dish every so often. We asked for a fork and knife for our son and had to ask another person as the 1st just plain forgot. The Tempura was very greasy as the oil did not seem to be hot enough that it was fried in. The sashimi in my Chirazi tasted all the same and I could not tell the salmon from tuna by the taste. How do they do that? The Maki rolls were tasteless and too big to eat in one bit. We should have taken the bridge over to Halifax and gone to the Hamachi House like we thought about the first time instead of wasting our time and money here. We will not be back.

Hi. It has been awhile since our last post. A great place. We have eaten all you can eat lunch twice in the last few months. Neat idea. You choose your dishes and write it on a piece paper and they bring it to your table. No sneeze guard needed as in regular buffet. The food is good and fresh and if you do not like sushie ( we do ) there are other choices so a large group or family can enjoy the the menu. The service was great and price is tops. Give it a try.
