Shabby Motley Handcraft

About

Shabby Motley was started in October 2013 by Ashleigh Sauve as a yarn and specialty items shop. Offering luxury yarns, hand made buttons, locally produced maple syrup, hand spun and dyed yarns, and classes. Back then we only served St. Joseph Island Coffee Roasters coffee and tea. One of our customers mentioned that a baked good would be a lovely accompaniment to the delicious organic, fair trade and locally roasted coffee. Four years later, we now offer a cafe lunch menu, vegan meals from Cordila Plant-Based Meals, a patio menu for Outspoken brewing (which can also be ordered in the shop or the patio), catering for your event, popsicles, take out and delivery, hand maker birthday party bookings, private classes, a wide selection of needles and accessories, yarn, local products and fibre, spinning wheels, looms, PRIDE coffee nights, book club meet up, wine and whiskey tastings, and we're a safe space.
