FYI we are open weekends until June 28th and open everyday from June 22nd to September 8th. Pizza On Earth is a family-owned and run wood-fired bagel shop and pizzeria. We make wood-fired, Montreal-style bagels and wood-fired, gourmet, thin-crust pizzas prepared with quality ingredients. At Pizza On Earth, our gourmet pizzas are handmade and cooked in a traditional brick oven. "Etna", our dome-shaped oven, heats to over 700 degrees Fahrenheit, cooking the pizzas in just three minutes. The wood fire imparts a rustic smokiness to the pizza crust and toppings. Our pizzas are cooked directly on the brick oven floor and end up with a deliciously crisp and tender crust.
