Usually really happy with everything. Went last friday with my boyfriend for a date night and we were really frustrated with the service. Got there at around 9h30pm (restaurant closed at 11h00pm) and at 10h25 was last call to order after that our waiter was always coming back every 10 mins that they were clising soon and was rude.. they even turned down the heat it got really cold and the sushi got really mushi and just kind thrown on the plate was really mad when we got out of there..
When I was in high school, my friends and I would come here nearly every time we’d have a half day or after we finished our exams. The selection is great, the iPad is a little slow whenever you’re using it to order but the food comes fast either way which is surprising for all you can eat sushi places. The food is why I don’t give it a 5/5. It’s good food but it’s nothing not mind blowing.Overall though, it’s definitely not a bad all you can eat buffet. I’d recommend it.
Awesome sushi, reasonable price. Salmon rolls are really stuffed. One of the fresher sushi buffets I’ve been to. I really enjoyed the selection too.
Never again… Half the food we ordered didn’t come and the server spilt soya sauce on my white purse while clearing the table. They did not apologize and when I asked to speak to a manager, he offered me $10 to have my bag cleaned???? Again, no apology. It was all I was looking for…
Horrible experience at this location !!!. I have NEVER in my 48 years EVER experienced such horrible and incompetent service!! We sat down and ordered our food, we watched and waited as people around us were served. After 40 minutes and every single person arriving after us , being served we inquired, We were told that there was a mixup with our order. When some of our order finally arrived , we got too much of something and two little of something else. After waiting another 20 minutes , for more of our order, we were told that we would have to reorder. I was VERY unhappy at this point. Not once, did anybody approach us, to tell us that things had been mixed up. I also ordered a drink at the beginning of our meal… of course it never arrived. I asked again for my Coke …NEVER did arrive!!!
Horrible servers. So I had expected an easy experience with a friend, with good food and good service. Sadly, only one thing was kind of true. The food was decent but the servers were horrible and paying was rendered difficult when no debit was accepted. We were stared at while eating and when we were struggling with the ATM we were forced to wait at the restaurant until another friend could come and pay. An overall bad experience.
The sushi is ok but the service is horrendous. The servers constantly circle your table just watching you which makes the experience very uncomfortable. I’ve never found the servers to be polite.
